SAGE HIT 2008 High Series Football Debuts Before Draft!
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: SA•GE Collectibles has announced that it will release HIT 2008 Football High Series April 23rd – Just days before this years draft takes place. HIT 2008 Football High Series features some of this year’s best players in the upcoming draft (see below for player checklist).
SAGE president, Tom Geideman sees HIT 2008 High Series football, being just as exciting as HIT 2008 Football Low Series: ”The hobby loved HIT 2008 Low Series. We know this because we sold out and the collector feedback we’ve been getting has been tremendous. To be able to continue the excitement for collectors of SAGE Football Cards is our only focus, and we’ve accomplished this with HIT 2008 Football High Series.“
Here are some of the HIT 2008 Football details:
HIT 2008 FOOTBALL HIGH SERIES BASE CARDS: The second 50 cards of a 100-card set are featured in the high series. The High Series features top players not included in the Low Series (including names like Darren McFadden, Rashard Mendenhall, Jonathan Stewart & Felix Jones to name a few) who will appear in this latest SAGE release.
Additionally, there will be gold autographed cards of each player, numbered to 250 plus un-numbered silver & base versions.
SATURDAY COLORS INSERT: Each Saturday Colors insert will have an autographed card version numbered to 100.
WRITE STUFF INSERT: Each Write Stuff insert will have an autographed card version numbered to 25.
The combined number of player cards in the two HIT Football issues totals 100. SAGE HIT 2008 Football Low Series features 50 players (numbered 1-50), with the remaining cards being featured in SAGE HIT 2008 High Series (numbered 51-100).
In 2002 HIT Football became the first-ever product to ship prior to the draft. HIT 2008 Football low series took it further, releasing its first series nearly one month prior to when a product loaded with top rookie players and their authentic autographed cards, has ever shipped before. Now the hobby can enjoy HIT 2008 Football High Series and can enjoy the professional football draft even more!

SA•GE Collectibles realizes how much collectors look forward to the first SAGE Football draft product each April. Well, imagine how excited they will be when they discover that SAGE HIT 2008 Football will arrive a month early? Well, you can stop imagining.
SA•GE Collectibles announces a hobby first: The very first authentic Draft Football issue to be released in March - one whole month before the actual draft! That's right, now collectors can obtain their favorite collegiate player in the 2008 professional draft, a month earlier than they ever could before.
Here are some of the HIT 2008 Football details:
HIT BASE CARDS: The first 50 cards of a 100-card set are featured in the low series. The high series, which will feature many of the top players not included in the low series (including such names as Sedrick Ellis & Malcolm Kelly) will appear in late April, prior to the April 26-27 draft.
Additionally, there will be gold autographed cards of each player, numbered to 250 plus un-numbered silver & base versions.
